Shipping Policy – Mom’s Pants

1. General information
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through https://momspants.com. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
2. Shipping destinations
We currently ship to:
- Serbia
- Croatia
- Other countries listed as available at checkout
If your country is not shown at checkout, please contact us at [email protected] to check whether shipping is possible.
3. Processing time
- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
- Orders are not processed on weekends and public holidays.
- During new collection launches, promotions or sales periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
4. Shipping methods and costs
Available shipping methods and costs are displayed at checkout and depend on:
- Destination country and region
- Weight and size of the parcel
- Selected shipping method (standard or express, where offered)
Shipping costs are shown separately from the product prices.
Customs duties, import taxes and local charges imposed by the destination country are your responsibility and are not included in our prices or standard shipping costs, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Estimated delivery times
After your order has been dispatched, typical delivery times are:
- Serbia: 2–5 business days
- Croatia and nearby countries: 3–7 business days
- Other European countries: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs procedures, courier disruptions, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Order tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which may include:
- The tracking number
- A link to the courier’s tracking page
If you do not receive a confirmation email within a reasonable time, please check your spam folder and then contact us at [email protected].
7. Delivery address and failed delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.
- If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete or not collected in time, we may charge additional shipping costs to resend it.
- If you choose not to have the order resent, we will refund the product cost, minus original shipping and any return costs charged by the courier, once the package arrives back to us and is inspected.
8. Lost or damaged parcels
If you believe your parcel is lost or has arrived damaged:
- Keep all packaging and the product you received.
- Take clear photos of the damage to the packaging and/or product.
- Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and photos.
We will liaise with the courier and, depending on the outcome and stock availability, offer a solution such as replacement, store credit or refund.
9. Split shipments
In some cases we may ship your order in multiple parcels, for example if part of your order is delayed or comes from a different location. You will not be charged extra shipping fees for split shipments.
