Return & Refund Policy

1. General information

We want you to love your Mom’s Pants pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, you may be able to return your order under the conditions below. This policy applies to purchases made via https://momspants.com only.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law (for example, the EU right of withdrawal).

2. Return period

You can return eligible items within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

The 14-day period starts on the day you, or a person you designate (other than the courier), receives the products.

3. Conditions for returns

Returned items must:

  • Be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed
  • Have all original tags and labels attached
  • Be free from stains, odours, perfume, make-up, pet hair or any other signs of use
  • Be securely packaged to prevent damage during transport

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to charge a cleaning/repair fee where permitted by law.

4. Non-returnable items

Unless they are faulty, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear and swimwear
  • Earrings and other pierced jewellery
  • Items explicitly marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page
  • Gift cards

If there is a conflict between this list and the information on the specific product page, the product page takes precedence.

5. How to initiate a return

To start a return:

  • Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order and include:
  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return (optional but helpful)

We will reply with the return address and instructions.

Pack your items securely, ideally in the original packaging, and send them back using a tracked shipping service.

Unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake, you are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

6. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned items:

  • If the return is approved, we will process a refund to the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
  • We aim to process refunds within 14 business days of receiving the return. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless:

  • You received a faulty item, or
  • We sent the wrong product, size or colour.

If items are returned damaged, worn or not in a resellable condition, we may refuse the refund or offer a partial refund only.

7. Exchanges

We cannot guarantee the availability of specific sizes or items for exchanges.

The simplest method is:

  • You return the original item according to this policy.
  • You place a new order for the desired size or item.

If you would like us to help arrange a direct exchange (where possible), contact us at [email protected] and we will let you know if we can reserve the desired item for you.

8. Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item:

Contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the problem
  • Clear photos of the item and any visible defect

We will review the information and, if the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will offer a remedy such as:

  • Replacement of the item (if in stock)
  • Repair (if appropriate)
  • Refund, including reasonable return shipping costs where required by law

This does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear or accidents after delivery.

9. Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund after we confirm it has been processed:

  • Check your bank or card statement again.
  • Contact your bank or card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
