Last updated: 25 August 2026

1. Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how Mom’s pants d.o.o. (“we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and web shop (“Mom’s Pants web shop”).

Cookies are small text files that your browser (such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or another) stores on your computer or mobile device when you visit our website.

The purpose of the cookies we use is to:

  • ensure the basic technical functioning of the website and web shop
  • provide you with a better browsing and shopping experience
  • remember certain settings and preferences
  • help us understand how our website is used so we can improve it.

By using the Mom’s Pants website, you agree to the use of necessary (technical) cookies. Your prior consent is not required for necessary cookies because the website cannot function properly without them.

For all non-essential cookies (such as preferences, statistics or marketing cookies), we will only use them if you have given us your consent. You can disable all non-essential cookies at any time. If you choose to block or disable some cookies, you can still browse the website, but some features may not work properly and your shopping experience may differ.

2. Cookies by source

2.1. First-party cookies

First-party cookies come directly from the website you are visiting. In our case, these are cookies that Mom’s pants d.o.o. sets on its own website.

These cookies can be:

  • Permanent (persistent) or
  • Temporary (session)

and are used, for example, to:

  • remember your login details (if applicable)
  • remember your language or cookie settings
  • provide basic shop functionality (cart, checkout, etc.).

These cookies may store data that will be used during your next visit to our website.

2.2. Third-party cookies

Third-party cookies are cookies set by other websites or platforms on the website you are visiting, with the permission of that website.

Such cookies may be used, for example, by:

  • analytics services
  • advertising networks
  • social media platforms

to provide additional functionalities (such as embedded content or social sharing) or to analyse traffic and usage.

3. Cookies by duration

3.1. Persistent (permanent) cookies

Persistent or saved cookies remain stored on your device even after you close your internet browser.

They are used, for example, to:

  • remember your login username and password (if you choose this option)
  • store your language preferences
  • save your cookie settings so you do not have to set them again each time you visit.

Persistent cookies can remain stored on your device for days, months or even years, depending on their purpose and your browser settings.

3.2. Temporary (session) cookies

Temporary or session cookies are removed from your device when you close your internet browser.

They are used for temporary data storage, such as:

  • items in your shopping cart during the current visit
  • steps in the checkout process
  • temporary technical information needed for the proper display and functioning of pages during your current session.

4. Cookies by function

4.1. Technical (strictly necessary) cookies

Technical or strictly necessary cookies are required for the basic functioning of the website. Without these cookies, the website and web shop cannot work properly.

They are used, for example, to:

  • enable navigation and use of essential features
  • provide access to secure areas
  • maintain the security and stability of the site.

These cookies do not store any information that can directly identify you, and they cannot be turned off through our cookie settings because they are essential for the operation of the site.

4.2. Functional cookies

Functional cookies enable the website to provide enhanced functionality and personalization, such as:

  • remembering your preferences (language, region, etc.)
  • remembering certain choices you have made so that you do not have to set them again.

These cookies may be set by us or by third-party providers whose services we have integrated into the website. You can choose to opt out of these cookies. If you do so, some parts of the site may not function as intended.

4.3. Statistical (analytics) cookies

Statistical or analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use our website, for example:

  • which pages are visited most frequently
  • how users move around the site
  • where visitors come from.

This information is used to measure and improve the performance and effectiveness of our website. You can choose to opt out of these cookies. If you refuse them, we will have less information to improve the site, but you will still be able to use it.

4.4. Marketing cookies

Marketing cookies are used to:

  • track users across websites
  • build interest profiles
  • display advertisements and content that are more relevant to you and your interests.

These cookies may be set through our site by advertising partners or social media platforms. You can choose to opt out of these cookies. If you do so, you may see less targeted advertising.

5. When and what cookies do we use?

Mom’s pants d.o.o. will use cookies on its website/web shop only with your consent, except for technical (strictly necessary) cookies, which are always active because they are required for the functioning of the site.

Before setting any non-essential cookies, we will clearly inform you about:

  • why we collect certain data through cookies
  • which categories of cookies we use
  • how you can manage your choices.

This is done in accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data and electronic communications.

On our website we always use technical (necessary) cookies, and depending on your choices, we may also use functional, statistical and marketing cookies.

6. Managing and deleting cookies

You can manage your cookie preferences at any time by:

  • using the cookie settings tool on our website (e.g. “Cookie settings” button)
  • adjusting your browser settings to block or delete cookies.

You can delete all cookies stored on your computer or device and thus disable further processing of your data through cookies. Please note that if you delete or block cookies, some parts of the website may not function properly.

The procedure for deleting or managing cookies depends on the internet browser you use. Below are links to instructions for some of the most commonly used browsers:

7. Third-party services that may set cookies

Below we name every third-party service that sets cookies on this website for statistical or marketing purposes, what it is used for, which cookie category it belongs to and which cookies it sets. None of these services is loaded, and no data is sent to them, unless you have switched on the matching category in our cookie settings. If you switch a category off again, the service stops immediately and the cookies listed here are deleted from your device.

7.1. Google Analytics 4 (statistical cookies)

Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Purpose: measuring how many people visit the website, which pages and products they look at and which steps of the order process they complete, so that we can improve the shop. We do not use it to show you advertisements.

Cookies that it sets: _ga and _ga_B9KWHPSVVB, stored for up to 2 years.

Cookie category: statistical (analytics). It is loaded only after you switch that category on.

Google explains its own processing of this data here:

https://policies.google.com/privacy

7.2. Meta Pixel, also known as the Facebook Pixel (marketing cookies)

Provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Purpose: measuring how well our advertisements on Facebook and Instagram work, and showing you advertisements for the products you looked at on our website. While it is switched on, it reports to Meta which pages you opened, which products you viewed, what you added to your cart and which orders you completed, together with your IP address and information about your browser and device.

Cookies that it sets: _fbp, stored for up to 3 months, and _fbc, also stored for up to 3 months, which is set only if you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram advertisement.

Cookie category: marketing. It is loaded only after you switch that category on.

We have switched off Meta’s automatic collection of data typed into forms, so the Meta Pixel does not send your e-mail address, telephone number or name to Meta.

For the collection of this data and its transfer to Meta, Mom’s pants d.o.o. and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited are joint controllers within the meaning of Article 26 of the General Data Protection Regulation. What Meta does with the data afterwards is Meta’s own responsibility. The division of responsibilities between us is set out in Meta’s Controller Addendum:

https://www.facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum

Meta may transfer this data outside the European Economic Area, including to the United States. Meta explains its own processing of this data here:

https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy

https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policies/cookies

You can also manage the advertisements you are shown in your own Facebook and Instagram settings.

7.3. Technical services that are contacted before any cookie choice

Two further services are contacted by your browser as soon as a page opens, before you make any cookie choice, because the page cannot be delivered without them. They do not set cookies on your device and they are not used for advertising, but they do receive your IP address and basic technical information about your browser.

Google Fonts, provided by Google Ireland Limited, delivers the typefaces used on this website.

Cloudflare, provided by Cloudflare Inc., delivers and protects this website and measures how quickly pages load.

In addition, our shop software stores a small number of our own cookies that record how you reached the shop, so that an order can later be attributed to the right source. These are first-party cookies and they are not shared with any third party.

7.4. Withdrawing your consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time, and just as easily as you gave it, by opening the Cookie settings button on our website and switching the category off. From that moment the service is no longer loaded, no further data is sent to it, and the cookies it had already set are deleted from your device. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before you withdrew it.
